COVID-19 Company Statement

At MCS Interiors, the Health, Safety and Wellbeing of every employee is our priority.

Throughout this Corona Virus (COVID-19) pandemic, we have taken practical steps, and implemented robust measures, to ensure the welfare of our employees and partners.

In line with government, public health and industry guidance, we have assessed and minimalised or suspended operations across a number of our sites.

A number of contracts remain operational under a strict risk assessed approach, such as those which are classified as of national significance or essential facilities management.

We recognise that this is a particularly challenging time for the workers who continue to deliver these vital infrastructure schemes. It goes without saying that we are doing everything in our power to enhance the safety of these teams and to mitigate the risk of infection.

All office and Construction sites are rigorously adhering to social distancing regulations, and regular briefings are being conducted to highlight, and reinforce, safe working procedures. Home and agile working is supported where applicable to further mitigate risk.

We are monitoring the situation on a daily basis and will implement any necessary changes based on the advice provided by the government, public health agencies and industry bodies. Currently all staff are undertaking periodic lateral flow testing and all site based staff are equipped with lateral flow test kits should an immediate test be required to be undertaken.

We would like to express our thanks to our Clients, employees, and to all the key workers across the country, who are making such an enormous contribution in these uncertain times.

Nothing is so important that we cannot do it safely.
